Attorney Gary A. Blaustein
A native of Tawas City, Michigan, Gary Blaustein was raised in Union, New Jersey and currently resides in Bedminster with his wife and two children. He attended Muhlenberg College, receiving his Bachelors degree in 1980, and earned his law degree from the University of Miami in 1983. After law school, he clerked for the Honorable John A. Marzulli at the Essex Superior Court (1983-84), joining the New Jersey bar in 1984 and the Florida bar in 1985.
Attorney Blaustein is currently a member of the New Jersey and Florida bar associations, as well as the Somerset County bar. He belongs to the Somerset County Family Inns of Court, as well as the New Jersey Chapter of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, where he serves on the Family Law Arbitration Committee and the Litigation Technology Committee.
Mr. Blaustein has consulted to several news organizations, including Good Morning America and Primetime Live, providing insight and opinion on various current and ongoing legal issues.
