Gary Blaustein

Gary Blaustein was born in Tawas City, Michigan, on July 3, 1958; He was raised in Union, New Jersey, and currently resides in Bedminster with his wife and two children.

Mr. Blaustein was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1984, and the Florida Bar in 1985. He attended Muhlenberg College (B.A., 1980) and recieved his law degree from the University of Miami (J.D., 1983).

He was law clerk to the Hon. John A. Marzulli in the Essex Superior Court in 1983-84.

Mr. Blaustein is a Member of the Somerset County Family Inns of Court. The New Jersey State Bar Association; The Florida Bar; The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, New Jersey Chapter, where he is a member of the Family Law Arbitration Committee and the Litigation Technology Committee, and also the Somerset County Bar Association.

Mr. Blaustein has appeared on Good Morning America and Primetime Live. He has provided insight to several news organizations regarding ongoing legal events.
